What began as a quick pivot to delivering our programs and services remotely, evolved into the need to respond to changing economic and market conditions with innovative new programs, services and assistance for our clients,\u201d <\/em>he says.<\/p>\n<p>With mortgage rates at historic lows, and many families looking for ways to save money, Homewise saw an opportunity to help many of our clients refinance their current mortgage to reduce their monthly payment. They quickly dedicated more staff and increased outreach efforts to meet the demand and provide our clients with the highest level of service, even in a remote-working environment.<\/p>\n<p>These are just a few of the challenges confronted and successes achieved in the last year.
